Ammie Fay

As a dedicated mother, stepmother, and foster parent, Ammie brings lived experience and deep compassion to her role on the OFCA leadership team. Her personal journey through parenting and fostering has fueled her commitment to supporting and empowering families across Ohio.

In addition to her family roles, Ammie has volunteered extensively in her community, with a special focus on assisting ESL (English as a Second Language) children. Her work has helped bridge communication and cultural gaps for immigrant families, ensuring that all children have a chance to thrive.

With a heart for advocacy and hands-on experience in diverse family dynamics, Ammie is proud to serve with OFCA, amplifying the voices of caregivers and working toward positive change in Ohio’s child welfare system
