The leadership of OFCA is made up of a voluntary working Board. Consultants or staff are selected when funding is available, however, the bulk of the work of the OFCA is done by it’s membership outside of other work and family commitments. This functions by having a large group of family members willing to become part of committees, advocacy groups, and event leadership.
